How to
Use file sharing
You can share files with other devices on your local network by connecting USB storage devices to your modem. Remember, you need to establish a connection to the modem settings menu before you can use this function.
List view
Connect USB storage device
Turn the back of your modem towards you.
Connect a USB storage device to the "USB" port in your modem.
Turn on file sharing
Click My Media.
Click the indicator next to "File Sharing" to turn on the function.
Click Apply.
Use file sharing
Open a file manager.
Click Go.
Click Connect To Server....
Key in smb://192.168.0.1 and click Connect.
Click the field next to "Name:" and key in your username for the computer.
Click the field next to "Password:" and key in your password for the computer.
Click Connect.
Go to the required file and move or copy it to the required location.
