I can't establish a wireless connection to my modem
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Do not place your modem in drawers and cupboards.
Do not place your modem close to a wall and electronic equipment such as baby monitors and wireless phones which may interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.
Place your modem centrally in your home or near the place where the Wi-Fi Hotspot is used the most.
Place your modem as high up as possible.
Place your modem in an area with no obstacles which could block the Wi-Fi signal.
