I can't turn on my router

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

1. Insert SIM

Turn the back of your router towards you.
Insert the included opener into the small hole in the SIM holder.
Remove the SIM holder from your router.
Turn your SIM as illustrated in the SIM holder.
Please note: your router only supports nano SIMs. If you’re using a newly provided SIM, push out the smallest SIM (white) from the SIM holder.
Place your SIM in the SIM holder and insert the SIM holder into your router.

2. Turn on your router

Connect the power supply to the power plug and to a power point.
Tap On/Off to turn on your router.
When the LCD screen shows there's a network connection, your router is ready for use.

3. Establish a connection to the internet

Do the following on your computer: Click the menu field.
Click arrow right next to the Wi-Fi icon.
Click the name of your Wi-Fi Hotspot.
You'll find the default password and name of your Wi-Fi Hotspot at the bottom of your router.
Click Connect.
Key in the Wi-Fi password for your Wi-Fi Hotspot and click Next.
