I can't use my router's internet connection

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Your router hasn't been correctly set up for internet: Set up your router for internet.

List view

1. Find "APN Management"

Click Settings.
Click "Continue" below "Modem Settings".
Click Maintenance.
Click APN Management.

2. Create new data connection

Click Add New.
Click the field next to "Profile Name" and key in Optus Yes Internet.

3. Enter APN

Click the field next to "APN" and key in yesinternet.

4. Select IP type

Click the drop down list next to "IP Type".
Click IPv4v6.

5. Select authentication type

Click the drop down list next to "Authentication".
Click NONE.

6. Save settings

Click Save.

7. Select data connection

Click Home.
Click Advanced Info..
Click the drop down list next to "Data APN".
Click the required data connection.
