The modem settings are wrong: Restore factory default settings.
List view
1. Find "Maintenance"
Click Settings.
Click "Continue" below "Modem Settings".
Click Maintenance.
2. Back up existing settings
Click Backup & Restore.
Click Create Backup file.
3. Restore factory default settings
Click Restart.
Click Factory reset modem.
Click Factory reset modem.
Click Continue and wait while your modem restores the factory default settings.
