Your router can't find a network

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 2:

Your SIM is faulty: Insert your SIM into a mobile phone. If the mobile phone doesn't accept the SIM, your SIM is probably faulty. Contact your nearest Optus dealer to get a new SIM.
