Search in Optus E5331 WiFi Modem
I've established a connection to the router but I can't browse the internet
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Key in your PIN.
1. Tap and hold On/Off.
2. Do the following in Windows:Click the Windows icon.
3. Click Connect To.
4. If required, click the refresh icon.
5. You can see the name and password for your Wi-Fi hotspot on the inside of the back cover.
6. Highlight the name of your Wi-Fi Hotspot and click Connect.
7. Key in the password for your Wi-Fi Hotspot and click Connect.
8. Click Close.A connection to your Wi-Fi Hotspot is established.

9. Open a browser.Key in 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and tap Enter.
10. If you're asked to key in your PIN:Highlight the field next to "PIN code" and key in your PIN (default is 0000).
11. Click Apply.
12. Click Log In.
13. Highlight the field below "User name" and key in admin
14. Highlight the field below "Password" and key in admin
15. Click Log In.
16. Click CONNECT.A connection to the internet is established.
Possible cause 5:
You haven't keyed in your PIN
Solution:
Key in your PIN.
Click the Windows icon.
A connection to your Wi-Fi Hotspot is established.
Key in 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and tap Enter.
Highlight the field next to "PIN code" and key in your PIN (default is 0000).
A connection to the internet is established.
