Search in Optus E3276 V2 USB Modem
I've established a connection to the internet but I can't browse the internet
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Set up the modem application to automatically use the correct DNS server.
1. Click Tools.
2. Click Options....
3. Click Profile Management.
4. Click New.
5. Highlight the field below "Profile Name" and key in a name for the data connection.
6. Highlight the field next to "APN".If you're an Optus Business customer:Key in yesbusinessIf you're an Optus Connect customer:Key in connectIf you're an Optus Connectcap customer:Key in connectcapIf you're an Optus Connectme customer:Key in connectmeIf you're an Optus Prepaid customer:Key in preconnect
7. Click Save to save the data connection.
8. Click Default to activate the data connection.
9. Click OK to close the window.
Possible cause 2:
Wrong DNS server
Solution:
Set up the modem application to automatically use the correct DNS server.
If you're an Optus Business customer:
