The modem application can't find a network

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Wrong network settings: Change network mode to allow the modem application to search for both 2G, 3G and 4G networks.

List view

1. 1. Find "Network"

Click Tools.
Click Options....
Click Network.

2. 2. Change network mode

Click the drop down list below "Network Type".
Highlight the required setting and click Apply.

3. 3. Exit

Click OK to close the window.
