Saving the message centre number
Usually, you can send and receive SMS from within the modem application (Optus Mobile Broadband) as soon as it has been installed on your computer. If this isn't the case, you can save the message centre number manually.
List view
1. Find "SMS"
Click Tools.
Click Options....
Click SMS.
2. Enter the message centre number
Highlight the field next to "Message Centre Number" and key in +61411990001
Click OK.
