Lower speeds than expected

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.


Check if the modem application has established a 4G connection. If you don't have a 4G connection, make sure that the modem application is set to search for both 2G, 3G and 4G networks. If you're still not able to establish a 4G connection to the internet, you don't have 4G coverage. View our network coverage map.

Check if the modem application has established a 4G connection. If you don't have a 4G connection, make sure that the modem application is set to search for both 2G, 3G and 4G networks. 1. Find "Network"
Click Tools.
Click Options....
Click Network.
2. Change network mode
Click the drop down list below "Network Type".
Highlight the required setting and click Apply.
3. Exit
Click X to close the window.
