Send an SMS to another number to check if the error is at the receiving end.

2. Click the new message icon.

3. Highlight the field next to "Send To..." and key in the required number.

4. Highlight the text input field and write the SMS.

5. Click Send.

Possible cause 1:

There's an error at the receiving end

Solution:

Send an SMS to another number to check if the error is at the receiving end.

1. Find "SMS"

Click SMS.

2. Create new message

Click the new message icon.

3. Add recipient

Highlight the field next to "Send To..." and key in the required number.

4. Write the SMS

Highlight the text input field and write the SMS.

5. Send the SMS

Click Send.
