I can't establish a wireless connection to my router
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
If you've forgotten your password, you can establish a connection using your new password.
1. Tap On/Off to turn on your router.
2. Do the following in Windows:Click the network icon.
3. Highlight the name of your Wi-Fi Hotspot and click Connect.
4. You can see the name and password for your Wi-Fi hotspot on the back of your router.
5. Key in the password for your Wi-Fi Hotspot and click Next.A connection to your Wi-Fi Hotspot is established.
6. Open a browser.Key in 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and tap Enter.Highlight the field next to "User name" and key in admin
7. Highlight the field next to "Password" and key in admin
8. Click Login.
9. If you're asked to key in your PIN:Highlight the field next to "PIN" and key in your PIN (default is 0000).
10. Click Submit.
11. Click Internet.
12. Click Internet Connection.
13. Click Connect.A connection to the internet is established.
Possible cause 1:
Wrong password on your computer
Solution:
If you've forgotten your password, you can establish a connection using your new password.
Click the network icon.
A connection to your Wi-Fi Hotspot is established.
Key in 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and tap Enter.
Highlight the field next to "User name" and key in admin
Highlight the field next to "PIN" and key in your PIN (default is 0000).
A connection to the internet is established.
