How to
Set up your mobile phone for Exchange email
You can set up your mobile phone to send and receive email from your Exchange email account. Before you can set up your mobile phone for Exchange email, you need to set up your mobile phone for internet.
Find "Accounts & sync"
Create new email account
Enter email address
Enter password
Select server type
Enter username
Enter domain name
Enter server address
Turn encryption of email on or off
Enter account name
Select synchronisation settings for email
Select period for email synchronisation
Turn contact synchronisation on or off
Turn calendar synchronisation on or off
Return to the home screen
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap General.
Tap Accounts & sync.
Tap Add.
Tap Email.
Tap Email address (Support all common mailboxes) and key in your email address.
Tap Password and key in the password for your email account.
Tap the server type drop down list.
Tap EXCHANGE.
Tap Sign in.
Tap Username and key in the username for your email account.
Tap Domain and key in the domain.
Tap EXCHANGE Server and key in the server address.
Tap None to turn off the function.
Tap the required setting to turn on the function.
Tap Done.
Tap Nickname and key in the required name.
Tap Inbox sync frequency.
Tap the required setting.
Tap Mail Days to sync.
Tap the required setting.
Tap the indicator next to "Sync contacts for this account" to turn the function on or off.
Tap the indicator next to "Sync calendar for this account" to turn the function on or off.
Tap Done.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
