This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Turn off GPS position usage for applications.

1. Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.

2. Tap the settings icon.

3. Tap Location.

4. Tap the indicator next to "Location Service" to turn the function on or off.

5. Tap Google Location Accuracy.

6. If you tap the indicator next to "Improve Location Accuracy" to turn on the function, your mobile phone can find your exact position using the GPS satellites, the mobile network and nearby Wi-Fi networks. Satellite-based GPS requires a clear view of the sky.

7. If you tap the indicator next to "Improve Location Accuracy" to turn off the function, your mobile phone can find your exact position using the GPS satellites but it may take longer as there is no access to supplementary information from the mobile network or nearby Wi-Fi networks.

8. Tap the Return key twice.

9. Tap App Management.

10. Tap App Permissions.

11. Tap Apps.

12. Tap the required app.

13. Tap the drop down list next to "Location Info".

14. Tap the required setting.

15. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 1:
GPS position usage for applications is turned on
Solution:
Turn off GPS position usage for applications.
