I can't use my mobile phone's internet connection

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.


Turn on data roaming.

Possible cause 1:

Data roaming is turned off

Solution:

Turn on data roaming.

Find "SIM Card & Mobile Data"
Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap SIM Card & Mobile Data.
Turn data roaming on or off
Tap the name of your SIM.
Tap the indicator next to "Data Roaming" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function, tap Turn On.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
