I can't make voice calls

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.


Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Possible cause 5:

The selected network mode is not available

Solution:

Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Find "Preferred Network Type"
Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap SIM Card & Mobile Data.
Tap the name of your SIM.
Tap Preferred Network Type.
Select network mode
Tap the required network mode.
There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. If you set your mobile phone to the fastest network mode, it will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
