Delete temporary data
When you use apps on your mobile phone, various data is stored temporarily in the phone memory. If your mobile phone runs out of memory, it may help deleting this data.
Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap App Management.
Tap App List.
Tap the required app.
Tap Storage Usage.
Tap Clear Cache.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
