I can't use Wi-Fi
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Connect to a Wi-Fi network.

1. Tap Settings.

2. Tap Wi-Fi.

3. Tap the indicator next to "Enable Wi-Fi" to turn on the function.

4. Tap the required Wi-Fi network.

5. Key in the password for the Wi-Fi network and tap Connect.

6. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 2:
No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established
Solution:
Find "Wi-Fi"
Tap Settings.
Tap Wi-Fi.
Turn on Wi-Fi
Tap the indicator next to "Enable Wi-Fi" to turn on the function.
Connect to a Wi-Fi network
Tap the required Wi-Fi network.
Key in the password for the Wi-Fi network and tap Connect.
If the Wi-Fi network is password protected, a lock icon is displayed next to the name of the Wi-Fi network. You can get the password from the network provider or administrator.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
