Turn on data roaming.

3. Tap the indicator next to "Data roaming".

4. If you turn on the function, tap On.

5. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 2:

Data roaming is turned off

Solution:

Find "Mobile networks"

Tap Settings.

Tap Mobile networks.

Turn data roaming on or off

Tap the indicator next to "Data roaming".

If you turn on the function, tap On.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
