The message centre number is incorrect: Enter the message centre number.

1. Find "Settings"
Slide your finger left starting form the right side of the screen.
Tap Messaging.
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Settings.
2. Saving the message centre number
Tap the field below "SMS centre number (check with service provider before changing)" and key in +61411990001.

3. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
