I can't use my mobile phone's internet connection

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.


Turn on data roaming.

Possible cause 1:

Data roaming is turned off

Solution:

Turn on data roaming.

Find "Mobile & SIM"
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap All settings.
Tap Network & wireless.
Tap Mobile & SIM.
Turn data roaming on or off
Tap the drop down list below "Data roaming options".
Tap roam to turn on roaming.
Tap don't roam to turn off roaming.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
