I can't use my mobile phone's internet connection

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Your mobile phone has not been correctly set up for internet: Set up your mobile phone for internet.

List view

1. Find "SIM settings"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap All settings.
Tap Network & wireless.
Tap Mobile & SIM.
Tap SIM settings.

2. Enter APN

Tap Add an Internet APN to turn on the function.
Tap the field below "APN" and key in yesinternet.

3. Select authentication type

Tap the drop down list below "Type of sign-in info".
Tap PAP.

4. Save data connection

Tap Save.
Tap OK.

5. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
