How to
Turn fixed dialing on or off
When fixed dialing is turned on, you can only call selected numbers and emergency numbers. Incoming calls aren't affected.

Find "Phone"
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap All settings.
Tap System.
Tap Phone.
Turn fixed dialing on or off
Tap the indicator below "Fixed Dialling (FDN)" to turn fixed dialing on or off.
Key in your PIN2 and tap Enter. The default PIN2 is 0000.

Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap All settings.
Tap System.
Tap Phone.
Tap the indicator below "Fixed Dialling (FDN)" to turn fixed dialing on or off.
