Guide to keys and sockets on my mobile phone

1. On/Off
Several functions are associated with On/Off:
Tap and hold On/Off to turn your mobile phone on or off.
Briefly tap On/Off to turn on the key lock.
2. The Home key
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
3. The Return key
Several functions are associated with the Return key:
Tap the Return key to exit an active menu item.
Tap and hold the Return key to view a list of the most recently used menu items and applications.
4. The Search key
Tap the Search key to search the internet.
5. The Volume key
Several functions are associated with the Volume key:
Tap the upper or lower part of the Volume key to adjust the ring volume.
Tap the upper or lower part of the Volume key during a call to adjust the volume.
Tap the upper or lower part of the Volume key to silence the incoming call alert.
6. Socket
Connect the charger or data cable to the phone socket and to a power point or your computer's USB port.
7. Headset socket
Connect the headset to the headset socket.
8. The Camera key
Several functions are associated with the Camera key:
Tap the Camera key to turn on the camera.
Tap the Camera key to take a picture when the camera is turned on.
9. Camera lens
Point the camera lens at the required object to take a picture or record a video clip.
