Unblocking your SIM
Want to unblock your SIM? It's easy, but remember you'll need a PUK to unblock your SIM.

1. Turn off your mobile phone
Tap and hold On/Off.

2. Turn on your mobile phone
Tap and hold On/Off.
3. Unblock SIM
The display tells you that your SIM is blocked.
Key in your PUK and tap enter.
Key in your PUK and tap enter.
Key in a new four-digit PIN and tap enter.
Key in the new PIN again and tap enter.
Your mobile phone is ready for use.
