I can't send and receive MMS

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.


Set up your mobile phone for MMS.

Possible cause 5:

Your mobile phone hasn't been correctly set up for MMS

Solution:

Set up your mobile phone for MMS.

1. Find "add MMS APN"
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap ALL SETTINGS.
Tap mobile+SIM.
Tap SIM settings.
Tap add MMS APN.
2. Enter APN
Tap the field below "APN" and key in mms
3. Enter IP address
Tap the field below "WAP gateway (URL)" and key in 61.88.190.10
4. Enter port number
Tap the field below "WAP gateway port" and key in 8070
5. Enter MMS server
Tap the field below "MMSC (URL)" and key in http://mmsc.optus.com.au:8002/
6. Save data connection
Tap the save icon.
7. Return to the home screen
Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
