Solution:

Activate a Microsoft account on your mobile phone.

1. Find "email+accounts"
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap ALL SETTINGS.
Tap email+accounts.
2. Start activation
Tap add an account.
Tap Microsoft account.
Tap sign in.
3. Activate Microsoft account
Tap the field below "Email address" and key in the email address for your Microsoft account.
Tap the field below "Password" and key in the password for your Microsoft account.
Tap next.
Follow the instructions on the display to end the activation of your Microsoft account.
4. Return to the home screen
Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
