I can't access the internet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 2:

No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established: Connect to Wi-Fi network.

1. 1. Turn on Wi-Fi

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the Wi-Fi icon.
Tap the indicator next to "WiFi networking" until the function is turned on.

2. 2. Connect to Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Tap the required Wi-Fi network.
Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required, and tap done.

3. 3. Return to the home screen

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
