5. Key in +61411990001 and tap save.

6. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 2:

The message centre number is incorrect

Solution:

Enter the correct message centre number.

1. Find "settings"

Tap the message icon.

Tap the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.

Tap settings.

2. Save the message centre number

Tap the field below "SMS centre number".

Key in +61411990001 and tap save.

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
