Turn on data roaming.

Possible cause 3:

You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your mobile phone

Solution:

Turn on data roaming.

1. Find "mobile network"

Slide your finger left on the display.
Tap Settings.

Tap mobile network.

2. Turn data roaming on or off

Tap the field below "Data roaming options".

Tap roam or don't roam.

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
