Possible cause 1:

Missed calls are diverted too fast: Select a longer delay for the call divert.

Tap the phone icon.

Tap the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.

Tap settings.

Tap the indicator next to "Call forwarding" until the function is turned on.

Tap the field below "Call forwarding".

Key in +61411000321 and tap save.

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
