I can't send MMS from my mobile phone

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

The MMS is written and/or sent incorrectly: Write and send an MMS correctly.Detailed instructions.

1. 1. Find "Multimedia message"

Tap the Menu key.

Scroll to Communic. and tap the Navigation key.

Scroll to Messaging and tap the Navigation key.

Scroll to New message and tap the Navigation key.

Scroll to Multimedia message and tap the Navigation key.

2. 2. Select recipient

Scroll to To and tap the Navigation key.
Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.

Highlight the required contact and tap the Navigation key.

When the box next to a contact is marked (X), the contact is selected.

Tap OK.

3. 3. Write text

Highlight the text input field and write the required text.

4. 4. Insert picture, video clip and sound

Choose one of the following options:
Insert picture, go to 4a.
Insert video clip, go to 4b.
Insert audio file, go to 4c.

5. 5. 4a - Insert picture

Tap Options.

Scroll to Insert object and tap the Navigation key.

Scroll to Image and tap the Navigation key.

Highlight the required picture and tap the Navigation key.

6. 6. 4b - Insert video clip

Tap Options.

Scroll to Insert object and tap the Navigation key.

Scroll to Video clip and tap the Navigation key.

Highlight the required video clip and tap the Navigation key.

7. 7. 4c - Insert audio file

Tap Options.

Scroll to Insert object and tap the Navigation key.

Scroll to Sound clip and tap the Navigation key.

Highlight the required audio file and tap the Navigation key.

8. 8. Send the message

Tap Options.

Scroll to Send and tap the Navigation key.

9. 9. Exit

Tap the Menu key to return to standby mode.
