I can't use Wi-Fi on my mobile phone

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Wi-Fi is turned off on your mobile phone: Turn on Wi-Fi.Detailed instructions.

1. 1. Find "WLAN wiz."

Tap the Menu key.

Scroll to Connectivity and tap the Navigation key.

Scroll to WLAN wiz. and tap the Navigation key.

2. 2. Select Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Highlight the required Wi-Fi network and tap the Navigation key.

Scroll to Start web browsing and tap the Navigation key.
Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings and connect to the selected Wi-Fi network.

3. 3. Exit

Tap the Menu key to return to standby mode.
