If you want to answer an incoming call during an ongoing call, you need to turn on call waiting. Follow these easy instructions.
Tap the Menu key.
Scroll to Tools and tap the Navigation key.
Scroll to Settings and tap the Navigation key.
Scroll to Phone and tap the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call and tap the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call waiting and tap the Navigation key.
Highlight Activate or Cancel and tap the Navigation key.A request to turn call waiting on or off is sent to the network.
Tap the Menu key to return to standby mode.
