I can't establish a wireless connection to my router

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Your Wi-Fi Hotspot has a name identical to another Wi-Fi Hotspot: Change the name of your Wi-Fi Hotspot.

List view

1. Find "Wi-Fi Networks"

Click Network.
Click Wi-Fi Networks.

2. Change Wi-Fi Hotspot name

Click 2.4GHz.
Please note the different Hotspots may have different names and passwords. Make sure you select the Hotspot you want to change the name of.
Click the field next to "SSID Name" and key in the required name for your Wi-Fi Hotspot.
Click Save Changes.
Please note the internet connection is ended and you need to establish an internet connection again with the new settings.
