I can't turn on my router
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

1. Insert SIM
Turn the bottom of your router towards you.
Remove the SIM holder from your router.
Turn your SIM so the angled corner of the SIM matches the angled corner of the SIM holder and place it in the SIM holder.
Please note: your router only supports nano SIMs.
Slide the SIM holder into your router.
2. Turn on your router
Turn the back of your router towards you.
Connect the power supply to the power plug and to a power point.
Tap On/Off to turn on your router.
3. Establishing a connection to the internet
Do the following on your computer: Click the network icon.
Click Other Networks.
Click the name of your Wi-Fi Hotspot.
You'll find the Wi-Fi Hotspot name and password at the bottom of your router.
Key in the password for your Wi-Fi Hotspot and click Join.
4. Log on to the router web interface
Open an internet browser on your computer and go to 192.168.1.1.
Click Login.
Click the field below "Username" and key in the default username for the router web interface.
You'll find the logon information at the bottom of your router.
Click the field below "Password" and key in the default password for the router web interface.
Click Log in.
5. Enter new password for the web interface
Click System.
Click General.
Click Change Password.
Click the field below "Current Password" and key in the default password for the router web interface.
Click the field below "New password" and key in the required new password for the router web interface.
Click the field below "Confirm password" and key in your new password again.
Click Update Password.
