I can't use my router's internet connection

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Your router hasn't been correctly set up for internet: Set up your router for internet.

List view

1. Find "APN"

Click Settings.
Click NETWORK.
Click APN.

2. Set up your router for internet

Click Add.

3. Enter data connection name

Click the field next to "Name" and key in Optus Yes Internet.

4. Enter APN

Click the field next to "APN" and key in yesinternet.

5. Select authentication type

Click the drop down list next to "Authentication".
Click PAP.

6. Select PDP settings

Click the drop down list next to "PDP".
Click the required setting.
Click the drop down list next to "PDP Roaming".
Click the required setting.

7. Save settings

Click Save.
