I can't make voice calls

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

The selected network mode is not available: Turn on automatic network mode selection.

List view

1. Find "SIM settings"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap All settings.
Tap Network & wireless.
Tap Mobile & SIM.
Tap SIM settings.

2. Select network mode

Tap the drop down list below "Highest connection speed".
Tap the required network mode.
There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. Depending on the network mode selected, your mobile phone will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
