Restore factory default settings
If your mobile phone gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. All configurations you've made on your mobile phone are deleted.
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap All settings.
Tap System.
Tap About.
Tap Reset your phone.
Tap Yes.
Tap Yes. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your mobile phone and prepare it for use.
