Turn on mobile data.

1. Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap ALL SETTINGS.

2. Tap mobile+SIM.

3. Tap the indicator next to "Data connection" to turn the function on or off.

4. Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 2:

Mobile data is turned off on your mobile phone

Solution:

Turn on mobile data.

1. Find "mobile+SIM"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap ALL SETTINGS.

Tap mobile+SIM.

2. Turn mobile data on or off

Tap the indicator next to "Data connection" to turn the function on or off.

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
