I can't receive messages on my voicemail

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Divert calls to your voicemail.

1. Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap ALL SETTINGS.

4. The current settings will be displayed.Tap the field below one of the following divert types:

9. Tap enter number.

10. Key in +61411000321 and tap the confirm icon.

11. Tap the divert type until the function is turned on.

12. Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 2:

Calls aren't diverted to your voicemail

Solution:

Divert calls to your voicemail.

1. Find "set"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap ALL SETTINGS.

Tap network+.

Tap set.

2. Select divert type

The current settings will be displayed.
Tap the field below one of the following divert types:

All calls

When I don't answer

When I'm busy

When I can't be reached

3. Enter the voicemail number

Tap enter number.

Key in +61411000321 and tap the confirm icon.

4. Divert calls to voicemail

Tap the divert type until the function is turned on.

5. Return to the home screen

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
