Creating a calendar appointment on my mobile phone
Want to save your appointments in your mobile phone's calendar? Follow these easy instructions.
List view
1. Open the calendar
Tap the calendar icon.
2. Create calendar appointment
Tap the new appointment icon.
3. Enter subject
Tap Subject and key in a subject.
4. Select time
Tap the field below "Date" and the field below "Time" and follow the instructions on the display to select date and time for the appointment.
5. Select duration
Tap more details.
Tap the field below "How long" and follow the instructions on the display to select the duration of the appointment.
6. Enter additional information
Follow the instructions on the display to key in more information, such as location and reminder.
7. Save the appointment
Tap the save icon.
8. Return to the home screen
Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
