I can't use Wi-Fi
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Open the browser on your mobile phone and try to load a website. The browser is redirected to the homepage of the Wi-Fi network. Follow the instructions on the display to log on. If you can't log on to the Wi-Fi network, turn off Wi-Fi on your mobile phone and connect to the internet using the mobile network.
1. Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap the settings icon.
2. Tap Networks.
3. Tap Wi-Fi.
4. Tap the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" until the function is turned on.
5. A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.Tap the required Wi-Fi network.
6. Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required.Tap Connect.
7. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 1:
You're connected to a Wi-Fi network, but you're not logged on
Solution:

Tap the settings icon.
Tap the required Wi-Fi network.
