How to
Backing up the phone memory on my mobile phone
If you want to update the software on your mobile phone, it's recommended you back up the phone memory.

1. Install LG PC Suite
Go to www.lg.com on your computer.
Find the download section on the website to download LG PC Suite.
Download and install LG PC Suite.

2. Select USB connection setting
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap General.
Tap PC connection.
Tap Select USB connection method.
Tap LG software.
3. Connect mobile phone and computer
Connect the data cable to the phone socket and to your computer's USB port.
4. Back up phone memory
Start LG PC Suite on your computer.
Click the Backup/Restore tab.
Click Start Backup.
Click Start.
Go to www.lg.com on your computer.
Find the download section on the website to download LG PC Suite.
Download and install LG PC Suite.
