I can't access my mobile phone

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

The phone lock code is turned on: Turn off phone lock code.

List view

1. Find "Select screen lock"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Tap the settings icon.

Tap Display.

Tap Lock screen.

Tap Select screen lock.

2. Create phone lock code using a pattern

Tap Pattern.

Tap the required setting.

Tap NEXT.

Slide your finger across the screen to connect at least four points and tap NEXT.

Repeat the selected phone lock code and tap CONFIRM.

3. Select PIN

Tap NEXT.

Key in a four-digit PIN and tap NEXT.

Key in the PIN again and tap OK.

Tap the required setting.

Tap OK.

4. Turn off use of phone lock code

Tap Select screen lock and key in the current phone lock code.

Tap None.

Tap CHANGE.

5. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
