I can't use one of my apps
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 2:
There's no internet connection: Check if you can access the internet by loading a website in the phone browser. If you can't access the internet, you need to use the troubleshooting guide that solves your problem with accessing the internet.

1. 1. Open internet browser
Tap the browser icon.
2. 2. Enter web address
Tap the address bar.
Key in the address of the required website and tap Go.
3. 3. Add current website to your bookmarks
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Add to bookmarks.
Edit the name of the bookmark and tap OK.
4. 4. Go to bookmark
Tap the bookmarks icon.
Tap the required bookmark.
5. 5. Return to the home screen
Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
