Bluetooth isn't turned on on your mobile phone: Turn on Bluetooth.

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.

Tap Networks.

Tap Bluetooth.

Tap the indicator next to "Bluetooth" to turn the function on or off.

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
