My mobile phone's touch screen doesn't work
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Screen lock is turned on: Turn off screen lock.

Choose one of the following options:
Turn screen lock on or off, go to 1a.
Select setting for automatic screen lock, go to 1b.
Turn screen lock on or off, go to 1a.
Select setting for automatic screen lock, go to 1b.

To turn on the screen lock:
Tap the status bar at the top of the display twice in quick succession.
To turn off the screen lock:
Tap twice anywhere on the display.
Slide your finger across the display.
Tap the status bar at the top of the display twice in quick succession.
To turn off the screen lock:
Tap twice anywhere on the display.
Slide your finger across the display.
3. 3. 1b - Select setting for automatic screen lock
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Display.
Tap Screen timeout.
Tap the required period.
Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
