I can't turn on my mobile phone
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 6:
An incorrect PIN is entered: Enter the correct PIN. If you enter a wrong PIN three times in a row, your SIM is blocked and you need to key in your PUK. You can get your PUK on Optus My Account.

1. 1. Turn on your mobile phone
Tap and hold On/Off until your mobile phone is turned on.
2. 2. Enter PIN
If required, key in your PIN and tap OK.
If your SIM is rejected:
Contact your mobile phone store or your service provider.

3. 3. Turn off your mobile phone
Tap and hold On/Off until a pop-up menu is displayed.
Tap Power off.
Tap OK.
